ANMIL was born in 1943 and is now recognized as a non-profit organization with legal personality under private law, which is responsible for the protection and representation of victims of occupational accidents and for widows and orphans of the fallen. The association supports and protects these categories almost since 70 years by promoting initiatives aimed at improving the legislation on injuries and the re-employment through many support services in the field of social security and custom care. It is also committed to sensitize the public awareness on these issues, with particular attention on the prevention of accidents and on safety policies.

The association has chosen the video communication software easymeeting™, thanks to the valuable contribution of Telecom Italia, to enable its advisers to communicate throughout the country without moving from their offices.
