The Extraordinary General Meeting of Banco Popolare has just concluded today in the in the trade area of Verona.

The agenda included the discussion of the capital increase and a possible statutory modification to allow the managing of meetings in multiple sites through the use of voting systems at distance.

All the participants were able to cast their vote thanks to the RFID voting system developed by Feedback Italia, through their smart-cards and the voting columns installed widely throughout the fairground.

The event was proven to be a great success by the 4,200 members phyiscally present at the meeting and about other 2,300 members represented through the proxy system, for a total of about 6,500 voters.
