CHROMAVIS, a multinational company in the cosmetics field, contacted us through our partner Telecom Italia to implement the video communication among its three major branches in Milan, Paris and New York.
In this scenario, it’s been a first demo/connection with New York where four referents of the company attended the easymeeting™ session and particularly appreciated the audio-video quality: so much to suggest a possible quality control at a distance on the various cosmetic products.
We immediately accepted the challenge testing and optimizing the connections based on the available connectivity and on the intended use in order to check “on the field” the characteristics of the software. In the meantime we prepared at our headquarter a real set with some Chromavis’ cosmetic products, such as blush and eye shadow, to simulate the real working conditions among remote locations and to test specific hardware and professional cameras to enable closed-up and detail shots.
The simulation was successful and the customer satisfaction has led to sign a contract for easymeeting™ for 3 concurrent users on an ASP mode, a H.323 gateway to connect traditional videoconferencing stations and also ancillary services such as help desk and training.
