Today the new version of the easymeeting™ client has been launched. It can be freely downloaded directly from www.easymeeting.it .
These are the main updates and additions:
The Client selects an automatic updating when a new version is available: entering the conference the user will be informed about an update by a pop-up.
Jpeg Synchronization functionality has been developed. Shortly it will be available in ASP mode. In the case of Power Point synchronization with some of the users who haven’t the required application, the program can very easily convert each slide into a jpeg image and can send it to the different connected PCs. In the next release Jpeg Synchronization will support even the videolearning functionality.
The Supervisor can ban someone from the conference in progress, simply by right clicking on the corresponding icon in the users list and selecting the relative voice in the menu.
In the easymeetingOnCall chat now it’s possible seeing when exactly messages have been sent. Furthermore, it is now even possible to automatically select the receiver by double clicking on the pop-up notice.
The easymeeting™ server has been updated with a version that supports the MultiEnterprise function. Shortly, all companies will be able to create, to manage and to customize their own users, working groups, conferences, audio-video quality, permissions, and all interactive video communication functionalities by themselves through a dedicated web interface.
It is now possible even in ASP mode to use the web scheduler to announce the conferences and to invite the participants by email.
The easymeeting™ server interface has been notably improved in order to show graphically the current applications and the service status.
