The interactive videocontactcenter, created by Feedback Italia for CSI Piemonte, has officially been presented on the special day 118&CSI - Heart&Brain. The main aim of this event was to inform people on how CSI's systems work while supplying its services to the citizens and while dealing with emergencies.
On the 24th of September Torino's citizens had the possibility to test the services offered by the interactive stand. The operator was able to videocommunicate with the users by using easymeeting™,in fact he gave the citizens : personal data, payment services for sanitary tickets, reservations for specific medical examinations and assistence for the registration at Regione Piemonte's portals.
The security and validity of these procedures where guaranteed by a mechanism for documents' acquisitions. This mechanism allowed the operator to recognize the user who was then capable of signing documents by using a specific graphic board.
The event had a great success and there was also the participation of Piemonte's TG3, you can see the tv report in the video box at the top.
Many people tried the services offered: this is a clear sign that the new technologies provided to the citizens are able to respond to practical needs and for this reason they are increasing and largely demanded.
