Curia Mercatorum has chosen easymeeting™ to provide its arbitration and mediation services from a distance. Thanks to the video conferencing software, the court will be allowed to call the two contenders in order to examine the documents to be put on record and to make the ruling. The agreement is the result of collaboration between Feedback Italia and its business partner Phylos.

Curia Mercatorum is organized as an association of private law, non-profit, owned by various Chambers of Commerce, trade and professional associations.
The main goal of the association is to promote the use of ADR techniques (Alternative Dispute Resolution) as long as alternative recourse to the courts for dispute resolution on civil and commercial matters.
It also acts to protect consumers: in this field Curia, on behalf of the Chambers of Commerce’s members, controls and monitors the market according to their tasks under the law.
