The easymeeting™ service is offered in different ways, Enterprise, ASP, or Live, according to the needs and the choices of the customer. The system functions don’t change according to the option the customer chooses.

ENTERPRISE
The server component is installed in the Customer Data Centre, so that the customer can fully administrate it. This condition will allow the customer full control of operations, leveraging also on the existing IP infrastructure. A proper sizing of the solution starts from several parameters: the number of contemporary users, the network traffic, and the expected audio and video quality. Feedback Italia services offer a way to define punctually on all the following aspects: network analysis, Quality of Service (QoS) policies, and integration. System administrators and end-users training courses are included in Enterprise mode. The customer can buy a license according to the number of contemporary users needed. The license can, in any case, be modified if a larger number of contemporary users is necessary. This service can be bought as a one-shot cost or by rental.

ASP
In this case, the server component is installed in Internet Data Centre and it is completely administrated by Feedback Italia. The number of contemporary users can be easily changed according to the needs of the customer. The server component guarantees the traffic encryption, and it redirects audio/video/data traffic generated in different sessions to/from all connected sites. The server can be joined through a normal internet access, whose guaranteed bandwidth determines the audio/video quality. In ASP mode, the customer has only to focus on the easymeeting™ client component and can choose between a Flat or a prepaid mode.

LIVE
This option is addressed to single communication or learning events. In this case, Feedback Italia organizes the single “live event” according to the specific needs of the customer. Feedback Italia has arranged this option for more than 100 hotels around Italy. In this way, the people who have to participate in the event can stay in the site they prefer (either one of the customer or one hotel of the Feedback Italia network ). Thanks to easymeeting™ functions, it becomes possible to set medical congresses, clients road shows, enterprises conventions, or sales department learning sessions. It allows the speakers to stay in one or more different sites and permits all participants to interact during the event.
