The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of ENI S.p.A. held this morning in the headquarters of Piazza Mattei in Rome, has just ended a few hours ago. The meeting was organized a few days after the meeting of the Saipem, company of the Eni Holding that had a similar kind of meeting in its headquarters in San Donato Milanese on April 28th of this year.

For both the occasions Feedback Italia has provided its services for the radio-voting: thanks to FeedbackVOTE the shareholders were able to express their votes on each topic in the daily agenda. The entire system enabled 3400 voters to be connected during Eni’s meeting and 1800 during the Saipem’s meeting, counting the people present at the meeting and adding all the delegations FeedbackVOTE was able dertermine and publish the results within few seconds.

A few days ago, Feedback Italia provided the same FeedbackVOTE service to Snam Rete Gas, another important company of the ENI Group.
