Last Tuesday 28th June 2011, the third edition of the Innovation Day Rai was held in Rome, in the hall of Via Asiago 10.
The initiative, as mentioned in the press release, was intended to highlight how the use of new technologies along with the collaboration with leading national and international companies allows the valorization of industrial brands and the identification of the possible business models, witnessing the commitment of RAI as a public service and as a company focused on innovation.

During the exhibition Feedback Italia, in collaboration with Aci Informatica and NextiraOne has brought its technological know-how showing 3 options:

• VIDEOCONTACTCENTER: an interactive customer care station through which, with a simple click, the user is automatically put in contact with the operator who suits best the type of request made. The operator provides assistance through the audiovisual conversation and supports the user with the most appropriate digital documentation, which may be suggested by sending the proper web link.
• DIGITAL SIGNAGE: a TV accessible over IP that that enables the diffusion of messages (in real time or prerecorded) such as institutional videos, news, reports and, more generally, any audiovisual contributions.
• INTERACTIVE TV: A solution that aims to put the audience in the center of the television format. The anchorman can simultaneously activate connections with his guests, who may be involved in audiovisual communications directly from their homes or in full mobility, just with a simple Internet connection.
