This year the traditional appointment ''Year End meeting'', organized by Fiat's managers group, took place on the 20th of December at Lingotto's auditorium 'Giovanni Agnelli' which was connected with all of the company's headquarters scattered around the world.
As usual the meeting was opened by Nevio Di Giusto, President of Fiat's Managers group, who then passed the microphone to John Elkann, Fiat SpA's President, and to Sergio Marchionne, Fiat Industrial's President.
Firstly, these important figures updated the management group about the company's workflow, later on there were of course the Christmas wishes.

The participation was extremely impressive: besides the Italian managers who where physically present at the meeting, the event involved over 2000 managers, including the relevant component of Chrysler's management, who were situated in 30 different countries all over the world.
In order to have a greatly successful outcome we managed and realized the live streaming videocommunication integrating the authentication mechanisms with web credential and simultaneous translations in 3 languages (italian, english and brazilian).
