L'Oreal Professionnel, the brand division of L’Oreal Italia for the professional market, held a conference attended by traders from all over Italy at the headquarters in Milan on September 11th.

The occasion was was to recognize the birthday of Inoa, a professional hair coloring product known worldwide, as well as for the launching of new products for beauty salons.

The event was attended by Giampiero Chiusano, general manager of L'Oreal Professionnel Italia, who was the first to described the current situation of the market to the sellers.

Later there was a competition including prizes that aimed to test the knowledge of each vendor about the characteristics of the different products. The attendees were able to actively participate in this competition responding to various questions thanks to the FeedbackVOTE televoters: technology developed by Feedback Italia for the radio voting.

Thus it was possible to collect and process in real-time the votes of over 200 participants and to obtain results in a few seconds.
