On October 28th at the Mediobanca's head office, in via Filodrammatici 3 in Milan, the Shareholders meeting took place.
Thanks to the strategic partnership with Spafid, this year the assembly used Feedback Italia's radiovote system, the FeedbackVOTE, which allowed the 200 participants to express their preferences and opinions.
The resolutions related to the budget of 30th June 2009 and to the employees' remuneration were voted in real time and there have been several appreciations from the members of the Assembly.
