On the 27th of May 2006 Shire Italia - a worldwide pharmaceutical company - in collaboration with FadTV had a training section targeting doctors and specialists on medical field. They used our video communication software to allow all the meeting rooms to connect and interact together.

There were about 600 doctors in 10 different cities (Milano, Torino, Firenze, Napoli, Roma, Palermo, Jesi (An), Assago (MI), Vicenza, Bisceglie (Ba) and Cagliari) and they used easymeeting™ with a bidirectional satellite connection to have perfect audio and video quality.

The purpose of the meeting was the presentation of a particular monitoring software called She that the firm has distributed for free to all the participants. Thanks to this tool the doctors will be helped in their work and the pharmaceutical company will be able to get more information about new medicines.

The debate was long, fruitful and animated to and from all the parts involved; they particularly appreciated the opportunity given by easymeeting™ to see each site's documents and charts that doctors presented by the television studio in central Rome. Once again it was a success for a simple, fast and inexpensive tool that enabled you to connect to a wide audience distributed throughout.
