The interactive videocontactcenter, created by Feedback Italia for CSI Piedmont, has officially been presented during the event 118&CSI - Heart&Brain, aiming to inform people on CSI Piedmont activities ad the way in which emergencies are managed.
On the 24th of September Torino's citizens had the possibility to test the services offered by the interactive stand. Thanks to easymeeting™, the Operator was able to videocommunicate with the users and provide them certificates, payment services for sanitary tickets, reservations for specific medical examinations and assistence for the registration at Regione Piemonte's portals.
The security and validity of the procedures were guaranteed by a mechanism for documents' acquisitions. The mechanism allowed the operator to recognize the user, who was then capable of signing documents by using a specific graphic board.
The event was extremely successful, being also covered in the news by TG3 Piemonte (the tv report is available in the video box at the top of the page).
Many people tried the services offered: this is a clear sign that the new technologies provided to the citizens represent a concrete answer to practical needs and for this reason they are increasing and largely demanded.
