easymeeting™ can be delivered as an on-premises, cloud or live solution.
ON-PREMISES SERVER: ENTERPRISE, SECURE SERVER, BLACK BOX licensing mode
The physical server resides at the Customer premises. The system can be fully managed by the Customer, therefore allowing maximum security: thanks to a full know-how transfer and visibility on the source code, the Customer can personally check for backdoors, trojans and malwares (technical specifications can be found here: technical analysis). Requiring an adequate IP infrastructure, the on-premises solution allows maximum flexibility and independence. Depending on specific needs, easymeeting can either be purchases or rent.
CLOUD: ASP, CLOUD, UCaaS, UCCaaS, PAY PER USE licensing mode
The server is hosted in a Datacenter run by Feedback Italia or its Partners/Distributors. Having a redundant server architecture, this solution offers great flexibility and scalability: a large number of users can use it simultaneously without any problem. It also ensures the encryption of all exchanged data, forwarding all data traffic to and from the Web. The server can be accessed using a regular Internet connection; as a consequence the audio and video quality is determined by the bandwidth available. Thanks to this solution, Customers can simply use easymeeting without worrying about the complexity behind the scenes. We offer two different payment options: a monthly flat fee or a per-usage charge (pay-per-minute).
Particularly suitable for marketing, educational and/or communication purposes, our Live solution allows to organize live streamed events and broadcast your meetings from one or more locations within the easymeeting™live network, including corporate meeting rooms, boardrooms, convention halls, auditoriums and many others. With easymeeting™ you can easily organize medical conventions, road shows, corporate meetings, workshops and training sessions: guest speakers can provide their speech to a much wider audience; attendees can interact and enjoy the content of the conference from remote locations. All locations can be arranged to the Customer needs for a unique, tailored-made broadcasting experience.
