This year RCS Mediagroup RCS - one of the world’s major multimedia publishing groups - used FeedbackVOTE, our real time voting system, to manage its Annual General Meeting.
The AGM took place in their headquarter in Milan and actively involved about 150 shareholders.
During the assembly many factors had to be approved: the 2013’s balance sheet, the board elections and confirmations, financial statements, changes in articles of Association and changes between preference shares and common stocks.
Feedback Italia entirely managed the event, that was realized in partnership with Spafid, a Mediobanca company.
